Radford Autograss Club
Radford Autograss Club are proud to be hosting round 5 of the UKAC championships to be held at Westol Hall Farm Inkberrow WR7 4LR on 14th and 15th September 2019.
The gates will be open to everyone from 6am on Friday 13th September and will stay open until 3pm Sunday. No-one will be admitted prior to this time apart from officials. Please do not queue on the road as this may cause problems for the surrounding villages.
Admission fees are:-
Adults/Junior and OAP drivers £10 per day (Saturday and Sunday)
OAP and 12-16 year olds (non-drivers) £5 per day.
Camping £10 per unit
WRIST BANDS will be given to all paying admissions which must be worn at all times including to sign on. Failure to do so may result in you being asked to pay again or being unable to sign on and race Make sure you put them on your wrist as soon as you enter the site. Pass Outs will not be issued.
All campers/caravans will be subject to random searches and any found concealing people will be asked to leave immediately.

Scrutineering/Signing on

Due to the noise restrictions set by the local council there must be NO engines running after 10pm any night and before 8am any morning.
Scrutineering -Friday 4pm, till dusk
Saturday 8am till 9am.
Signing on-Friday 4pm till dusk
Saturday 8am- 9am.
As soon as you have completed your second heat please sign for Sundays racing.
We are encouraging all drivers to scrutineer on Friday evening as time will be limited on Saturday morning.
Class 1 drivers will be called to the holding lanes prior to the drivers meeting on Saturday morning so please be ready.

Racing order will be:-

Mens, 1,3,5,7,9, junior saloons, 2,4,6,stock hatch,8,F600,10, Junior specials
Ladies 1,3,5,7,9,F600, Stock Hatch,2,4,6,8,10. This may be subject to alteration if required

Breathalysers

Please be aware random breath will be carried out throughout the weekend with the inclusion on Friday afternoon/evening during scrutineering
A selection of trade stands will be available throughout the weekend along with our popular food vendors provided by Dodwells.

The MAP Open June 1st - 2nd 2019
Radford Autograss Club are proud to be hosting and Celeberating the 40th MAP Open and British Junior Championship in 2019 and we welcome all drivers and spectators.
Although MAP League was formed in late 1977/78 the first MAP Open wasn’t held until 1979, making this the 40th Birthday of MAP. We at the MAP league are very much looking forward to another successful year to continue on from last years excellent meeting. The British Junior Championships will be incorporated into theweekend event as it has been for many years.

Venue:
Westol Hall Farm Inkberrow Worcestershire WR7 4LR

Opening Times:
The gates will be opening to everyone at 6am on 31st May and will close at 10am Monday 3rd June. No-one will be admitted to the venue prior to this time with the exception of officials. Please do not queue on the road prior to gates opening, as this may cause problems for the surrounding villages.

Card Payments can now be accepted (signal permitting).
Camping will be £10 per unit
Signing on fee of £5 per driver payable at signing on, to cover the costs of medical crew and doctor.
WRIST BANDS will be given to all paying to come to the venue, these must be worn at all times including to sign on, we will not be issuing pass outs, anyone without their wrist band fixed to their wrist will be asked to pay again or unable to sign on to race, so please look after your wrist band and put it on as soon as you enter the site.

As mentioned above a signing on fee of £5 per person is payable when you sign on Friday evening/Saturday morning, this money cover the cost of the medical crew.

Racing Order will be: Men's 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, Junior Saloons, Junior Specials, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, Ladies 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10. This is subject to change if required.

Breathalysers:
Please be aware random breath tests will be carried out through out the weekend with the inclusion on Friday afternoon/evening during Scrutineering.

General:
Camping in the Race field will be on a first come first serviced basis and saving of places will not be permitted, if you wish to save places this can be done in the adjacent field by the trailer park or just come together. Please camp within the lines set out, leaving clear access between the lines for emergency services should it be needed. Anyone blocking these access lanes will be asked to move.
A selection of trade stands will be available throughout the weekend along with our popular food vendors provided by Dodwells and bar from Elite Bars.
All sponsors are invited to our hospitality unit which will be available from Midday on Saturday and Sunday.

This coming Tuesday 5th March there will be a club night at The Bulls Head, Inkberrow. The meeting will start at 8PM!

Radford is on this Sunday. Racing starts at 10.30am.there are still soft spots on the bank so please avoid if possible.
All Welcome we have camping from 2pm Saturday please bring your own fresh drinking water. see you all their.

This Sunday 22nd all welcome. Please bring your own fresh drinking water. Camping is available from 1pm on Saturday. All driver are required to arrive as early as possible to be through scrutineering and sign on by 10.15 as racing will start by 10.30, class one men need to have brought cars down be for drivers meeting.
