Pre-season Track Erection & Scrutineering.

Posted by Dave Harris on January 4, 2012  •

This year pre-season scrutineering will take place at the track, during the pre-season track erection days. There are 4 days over 2 weekends prior to the first meeting at Evesham, these being Sat 3rd, Sun 4th March from 10am and Sat 10th, Sun 11th March from 10am. We encourage all members to attend one of these dates as our scrutineering team are not going to be travelling all over the country side scrutineering cars this year.

Pre season track erection, as stated above, is being held on the 1st and 2nd weekends in March. This is a must attend event for all as we can not race unless all the jobs are done during these weekends. So please if only for an hour or 2 please come along and help out, many hands will make light work.

Radford Funday perpetual trophies.

Posted by Dave Harris on November 21, 2011  •

Sue Lancaster has asked for all remaining perpetual trophies from the 2010 Radford Funday to be returned to the club. These need to be returned to Sue at either the League AGM on November 21st or the social evening on December 6th or before to her in person, this is to allow the club time to have them updated for the 2011 presentation evening.

A list of outstanding trophies will be added during the week, so to avoid being named and shamed please return the trophies ASAP.

Radford autograss Club Social 2011.

Posted by Dave Harris on November 17, 2011  •

Radford club meeting for Tuesday December 6th, has now become a social evening for the members. This will give members a slightly more relaxed evening to attend before we all part ways for the festive season. This will be from approximately 8pm at The Wheelbarrow Castle, nr Inkberrow. All members please note that club meetings and committee meetings will now be held on a Tuesday evening.

I would also like to remind members that it is our club presentation evening on January 21st 2012, tickets are available for £10 in advance from Phil (Fearless) Fenton. Tickets will be available at any of the club or league events direct from Phil, so the social evening will be your last chance to grab a ticket this year.

The 2011 AGM held at the Moat House, turned into a good evening with quite a shakeup in Club Officials to see the outcome of the evening make your way over to the Club Officials Page. Many thanks to all those members that attended and voted at the club AGM, and we look forward to seeing you all in the coming season.

Plenty of Updates to be seen.

Posted by Dave Harris on November 3, 2011  •

For the 2012 season the aim is to keep the site updated as often as possible as i know a poorly updated site is as much use as no website. So, if any one has any ideas for the site or wishes to contribute news updates or race weekend reviews during the year it would be much appreciated.

Please be patient with me, to start with a new site always takes time to perfect, so if you do have problems with it or just wish to share something with me (pictures will be gladly received) feel free to contact me at website@radfordautograssclub.co.uk.
